Shipping policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When confirming your purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. Feri & Joon shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the website, for example errors in the product description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, change in currencies) or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. Feri & Joon is entitled to rectify any such errors and, at any time, to change or update the information. If an inaccurate price has been stated for a product ordered by the customer, Feri & Joon will naturally notify the customer accordingly and await the customer’s approval of the amended price prior to Feri & Joon continuing with the order process. Feri & Joon is not responsible for any information by third parties provided for on the website.
All orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have tier based shipping charges for our customers. Our tiers are based on product amount that the customer adds to his/her cart. Please note that below charges are estimated shipping charges and may change based on case-by-case scenario. We currently ship to Canada and United States of America (USA). For remote locations in Canada and United States of America, we may charge the customers extra if the actual costs are over the below estimates. For Canada shipments, we use either Loomis, Fedex Ground or Canada Post. For USA shipments, we use either Fedex Ground or USPS. Please note carriers might change based on our requirement and in our pursuit to offer better shipping charges to our customers.
For international shipping, please reach out to info@feriandjoon.com to inquire about shipping charges and delivery information. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT and other local fees), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Feri & Joon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Out pickup address is 33 Drummond Street, Etobicoke, Ontario, M8V1Y7. Enter coupon code at checkout to avail free shipping, your order will then be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 14 business days. Reach out to us via info@feriandjoon.com to know about the coupon code to be entered at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please note that we will charge you shipping charges if you choose this option by error or need shipping after you have checked out and cannot pickup your order from our location. Our in-store pickup hours are between 9am - 4pm on all weekdays (except national holidays and planned closures).
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@feriandjoon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS
We do not ship to PO BOXES, APO/FPO Military Addresses.
REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
If you believe your purchase is incomplete or defective, we can help by replacing/exchanging by emailing us directly at info@feriandjoon.com. We will contact you within 3-5 business days and let you know when you can expect the replacement. Inspect your order upon delivery to ensure no visible signs of damaged or missing pieces. If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier “damaged upon arrival.” If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect piece (s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
Returns due to buyers' remorse are not applicable.
We do not offer a Refund option, however we would be glad to exchange your product, subject to our terms and conditions.
