On a Console

It’s become very trendy to style art pairs on consoles beside stacks of books or a decorative bowl. Layer your prints, overlapping them, instead of placing them side by side for a more modern style.

In A Hallway

Hallways are a great opportunity to style art pairs in a gallery wall, or over a front hallway piece of furniture. Create a space that welcomes your guest with a pair of soothing landscapes or abstracts.

Over A Bed

The space over a bed can seem too large for a single print, making the space feel empty, it’s always a great idea to instead opt for a pair of art prints. As a general rule, try to keep your art 2/3 the size of the furniture you’re hanging it above.  Try to match the artwork to your bedspread of tone of the furniture to create a cohesive room.

Over a Couch

Similar to the space over a bed, the area above a couch tends to be styled with a single artwork that is too small compared to the couch. Match the art pairs or frames to the furniture or small elements in the room such as a throw blanket, chair or wood.
