If you believe your purchase is incomplete or defective, we can help by replacing/exchanging the product. If you e-mail us, we will contact you within 3-5 business days and let you know when you can expect the replacement. Inspect your order upon delivery to ensure no visible signs of damaged or missing pieces. If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier "damaged upon arrival". If an item is structurally damaged or completely unusable, refuse delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect piece(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
CONFIRMATION
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. Feri & Joon shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the website, e.g. errors in the product description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, change in currencies) or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. Feri & Joon is entitled to rectify any such errors and, at any time, to change or update the information. If an inaccurate price has been stated for a product ordered by the customer, Feri & Joon will naturally notify the customer accordingly and await the customer’s approval of the amended price prior to Feri & Joon continuing with the order process. Feri & Joon is not responsible for any information by third parties provided for on the website.

Prints
Our prints are produced on wide-format printers using the giclée printing process for superior color and quality. We use a heavyweight, cardstock paper with a special matte coating that supports details and exceptional color reproduction.
Framed Prints
Our framed prints are produced using a giclée printing process on a heavyweight, cardstock paper. Our frames are designed and made locally by hand in Canada, using only wood materials. Our framed art prints arrive ready-to hang with metal mounting hardware (no wire), a paper back dust cover and scratch resistant, frame-grade acrylic plexiglass. Our exclusive framing partner is Frame Haus.
Gallery Wrapped Framed Canvas
Our canvases are printed using wide-format printers using the giclée printing process, then professionally stretched and inserted into a floating frame of your choice. Our frames are constructed by hand in Canada. We offer a selection of white, black, oak, grey, brown frame finishes as well as options in solid wood floaters that arrive ready-to hang with metal mounting hardware. Our gallery wrapped frame canvases provide an upscale, modern finished aesthetic.
